Leasing Associate

As a Leasing Associate, your creativity and strategic mindset will be essential as you help drive initiatives to attract quality tenants and curate the ideal tenant mix for your assigned mall. This role offers a development path toward a supervisory position, making it ideal for candidates aiming to grow within the leasing field.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Leasing Manager in conceptualizing, developing, and executing strategies, policies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy in the mall.
• Review, analyze, and advise both management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support tenant performance and improve overall leasing operations, in line with rental income targets and occupancy goals.

Educational Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication, Retail, Real Estate, Fashion, or any related course.

Assignment Location:

• The candidate must be willing to be assigned to Mall of Asia.
