A dynamic and forward-thinking Property Investment Manager is required to spearhead our international sales strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, real estate investments, or international marketing, with a strong network of overseas clients and investors.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing strategies to attract international investors for SMDC residential projects. You will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner networks abroad, organizing and conducting presentations, roadshows, and client meetings targeting overseas buyers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Attraction Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract international investors for SMDC residential projects.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner networks abroad.
  • Presentation and Marketing: Organize and conduct presentations, roadshows, and client meetings targeting overseas buyers.
  • Consultation and Support: Provide investment consultations, market updates, and property recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, project updates, and after-sales support.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze international market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and documentation requirements for foreign buyers.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's international sales portfolio.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in property sales, real estate investments, or international marketing.
