Key Account Manager Role Overview

This position involves driving growth and success within a designated portfolio of sellers on the Lazada platform. As a trusted partner, you will build and enhance business relationships with key accounts, leveraging industry insights and sales analysis to optimize performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Performance Management: Oversee overall business performance and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, ensuring growth in sales, orders, and buyers through targeted strategies and initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales & Marketing: Drive assortment expansion, adoption of key mechanisms, tools, and solutions, and collaborative business planning with sellers to boost visibility and performance.
  • Operational Effectiveness: Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth objectives, ensuring smooth operational processes and timely fulfillment.
  • Leadership & Strategic Direction: Lead negotiations, manage relationships, and facilitate campaign execution to engage sellers and improve category performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to sellers.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; prior experience in e-commerce, sales, account management, retail, or business development advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the industry/category and ability to apply market knowledge and insights to drive strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, successful negotiations, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Able to adapt to changing account ownership assignments and business priorities.
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven motivation to drive impact.
