Job Title: Business Development Executive

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bid proposals, and securing new business through effective bidding strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to analyze bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and maximize bid potential. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on bidding and proposal preparation, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is desirable. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills, is highly valued.
