About the opportunityYou will be part of our company's growth by acquiring new restaurants to partner with us. You will effectively and efficiently exhaust leads and close deals with target restaurants through cold calling, fieldwork, virtual presentations, etc. You will consistently make a good first impression, effectively communicate the benefits of foodpanda's premium product, and negotiate contracts with partner restaurants.

Effectively and creatively present foodpanda's packages to potential vendors. Work closely with other departments to ensure successful vendor incubation. Exceed sales goals: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in driving volume and quality sales, achieving performance-based goals both individually and as part of a team.

They will be motivated to over-achieve sales targets and contribute to foodpanda's growth. Sales incentives will be offered for exceptional performance. Act as the local representative: monitor competitor activities, gather feedback, and provide recommendations to maintain a healthy market share.

Gather feedback from partner restaurants and provide recommendations for improvements to management. Maintain a good understanding of the food market, proactively engage with quality vendors, and stay updated on industry developments to contribute effectively to foodpanda's success. What you need to be successfulBachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communication, or related fields preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, upselling, or similar roles, preferably with field sales experience. Good understanding of sales pipeline management. Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in English, Filipino, and the local dialect is preferred. Open to fresh graduates, preferably with sales internship experience. Willing to do extensive fieldwork within Metro Manila and/or Rizal area.

Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales targets. Excellent communication skills, including clear, confident speaking, and ability to build rapport with customers/clients. Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers/clients.
