Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building functional systems that improve customer experience.

You will implement integrations requested by customers, deploy updates and fixes to ensure seamless product experiences, provide Level 2 technical support to resolve complex issues, build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer satisfaction, develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems efficiently, perform root cause analysis for production errors to prevent recurrence, investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime, and develop scripts to automate visualization for better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement integrations requested by customers to meet their specific needs.
  • Deploy updates and fixes to ensure seamless product experiences.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve complex issues.
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful as a DevOps Engineer, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby or Python programming languages.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL to ensure data integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude to tackle complex challenges.
  • Team spirit to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
Preferred Skills
  • Azure DevOps for efficient deployment and management.
  • C# for robust application development.
  • Linux System/Scripting for scalable infrastructure.
  • Web Applications for modern user experiences.
  • Automating deployment and testing using Webpack.
  • Azure cloud-based services for secure data storage.
  • Docker for containerized applications.
