Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet company policies and user requirements.
  • Work closely with other IT staff members to ensure seamless integration of processes and efficient problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team.
  • Support physical IT infrastructure, including computer, network, and storage management.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PC, Mac, and Chromebooks for software and hardware-related issues remotely.
  • Must be proficient with MDM solutions and experienced in making data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience, with IT-related certifications desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
