Our company seeks a skilled IT Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure. As a key team member, you will be responsible for upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.


Main Responsibilities
  • Cloud System Administration: Manage AWS, Google Cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructure with expertise.
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain networks and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Alerting and Monitoring: Create and automate alerting and monitoring system logs to stay ahead of potential issues.
  • Incident Management: Build tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve Support Escalation requests efficiently.
  • Hardware and Software Upgrades: Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet business objectives.
  • Security Protocols: Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • User Access Control: Create user accounts and perform access control.
  • Diagnostics and Debugging: Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Documentation and Backup: Document processes, back up, and archive data to ensure business continuity.
  • Data Recovery: Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Error Reporting: Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor IT department employees, providing IT support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
