
Customer Relationship Management Professional

We are seeking an organized and meticulous individual to manage and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:- Review existing CRM records to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and remove outdated or irrelevant records from the CRM database.
- Use online resources to gather and verify customer information, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Organise and categorise customer records to align with the company's CRM structure.
- Maintain logs of updates and provide progress reports as required.
The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, be proficient in CRM systems and data management tools, and have a keen eye for detail.
This is a back-office role that does not involve direct interaction with customers. It requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
- Research Skills: Strong online research capabilities to source accurate and reliable information.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and completeness when updating records.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of data and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Excel and other data organisation tools is preferred.
