Healthcare Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. In this role, you will provide vital support to patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clinic Management: Assist with the daily operations of the clinic, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Medical Support: Provide basic health care and administer first aid as needed. Attend to and follow up on all medical-related concerns.
  • Patient Care: Administer first aid/nursing intervention to employees and assist patients to the nearest hospital if necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Provides receptionist services (answering phone calls, sending/receiving fax, assisting visitors, receiving of work-related parcels or documents, etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with updated PRC License.
  • Training: With updated First Aid Training.
  • Certification: With BOSH Certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Tools or Google Suite.
