Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

This role is a strategic position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the company's cybersecurity posture meets regulatory standards. As a Senior Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager, you will oversee multiple compliance projects and lead a team of managers and analysts to achieve this goal.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity compliance policies and procedures that align with industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Leverage your expertise in NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and HiTRUST to ensure the organization's compliance with these frameworks.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional support to executive-level clients on cybersecurity concerns and compliance matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cybersecurity compliance, with experience working with various frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.). Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance, including leadership experience and knowledge of industry-standard frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective cybersecurity compliance policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working directly with US-based clients.
