We're seeking a talented Business Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions (DBOS). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and contributing to business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on products/services offered by DBOS to provide informed responses and recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience; technical skills are a significant advantage
  • Experience in retail campaigns and e-commerce applications like Shopify is highly desirable
  • Background in CRM tools such as ZenDesk and Hubspot is an added benefit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
