Central Monitoring Station (CMS) Operators are essential to the smooth operation of our Bank's security systems.

Job Summary
  • CMS Operators work under the supervision of a CMS Supervisor to ensure that all security protocols are followed, and that the Bank's assets, resources, and premises are safeguarded.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the CMS operations 24/7, evaluating the security system installed in our Business Centers/Cash Centers or offices, and ensuring that all CCTV and alarm equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

They will also be responsible for logging, collecting, viewing, producing, and handling CCTV and alarm system evidence in accordance with our relevant security policies and procedures.

In addition, the CMS Operator will communicate and liaise with relevant units within the Bank and other external agencies as necessary, process reports, keep maintenance records, prepare and maintain appropriate CCTV and alarm system operations in accordance with the CMS Desk Manual.

Furthermore, they will provide operational knowledge and inputs to CCTV and alarm system policies, monitor compliance with/adherence to the Service Agreement by the alarm service provider, receive and process incoming calls from all Bank units regarding security concerns, and stay up-to-date with updates on BSP policies and Bank policies through required seminars/programs and circulars.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Working knowledge of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Investigation, Security, and Safety
  • Familiarity with security and safety equipment and their proper operation
  • Preferably with knowledge in computers and banking operations
  • At least one year industry experience in Bank Security
