Information Security Analyst Role Overview

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans. You will assist in generating reports and recommendations to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support security assessments and audits by conducting thorough risk analyses and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in generating reports and recommendations to mitigate risks and improve overall security posture.
  • Monitor security events and incidents, escalating issues as required and contributing to containment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the security team on documentation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response activities and assist with investigations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiencies in information security and risk assessment.
  • Continuous learner with the ability to stay abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
