Retention Marketing Campaign Expert

This role involves leading the execution of retention marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality and high-converting emails that resonate with customers.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans to enhance retention marketing performance and drive business growth.
  • Ensure error-free deliverables by conducting thorough quality checks on campaigns.
  • Work closely with client strategists to build compelling presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (optional).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel or dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet campaign deadlines.
