As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our Back Office department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting, as well as experience navigating QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple books/entities, recording financial transactions, and reconciling bank accounts.   • Manage multiple books/entities
  • Record financial transactions for Accounts Payable, obtaining approval to pay vendors
  • Record sales of goods or services between related and third-party entities
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
  • Verify transactions and ledgers
  • Run regular expense reports and distribute them to management
Skills and Qualifications:
