Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage our company's financial records and support our accounting operations.

  • Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to help inform business decisions.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable and payable in a timely manner.
  • Organize receipts and financial documents to ensure easy access and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
