Finance Policy Specialist

This is a key role that will oversee and guide the development of our finance policies and procedures.

About the Role:
  • The Finance Policy Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive framework for finance policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • They will ensure that all finance policies and procedures are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • They will also provide guidance and support to staff on the implementation and interpretation of finance policies and procedures.
  • Additionally, they will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear and concise framework for finance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on finance policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Law.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
