The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and 3 years in Customer Service. They will possess excellent English communication skills and be familiar with G Suite, Zendesk, or other customer service tools.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time-offs, and an end-of-year bonus. The compensation package also includes $6/hour plus performance and recognition bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee agent performance and attendance
- Provide bi-weekly and one-on-one coaching
- Conduct semi-annual performance reviews
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Team Lead experience and 3 years in Customer Service
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiarity with customer service tools
Work Hours and Location:
- US PST, Monday to Friday (Full-Time, Long-Term)
