Product Innovation Lead

This role will oversee the development of innovative products across new segments and formats in the Health, Nutrition, and Food categories. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end process of product ideation, incubation, commercialization, and post-launch evaluation to unlock growth opportunities within assigned segments.

  • Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager level
  • Experienced in new product development and product management, preferably with a strong background in Health, Nutrition, or Food category
  • Experienced in market and consumer insights
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, excellent project management skills
  • Good communication skills, good attention to detail, results-oriented, ability to lead self & influence others, flexible
  • Creative, resourceful, persistent, and willing to learn
  • Experience in FMCG or Direct Selling companies is a plus
