Key Responsibilities
  • Formulation and Prototyping: Create new products and prepare samples in a lab or pilot plant.
  • Quality Control & Analysis: Conduct physical and chemical tests on both raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Research & Development: Investigate new ingredients, processes, and technologies to improve product quality or reduce costs.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Perform stability, sensory, and application tests to verify that products perform as expected and are appealing to consumers.
  • Production Support: Oversee pilot runs and help with scaling up products from the lab to a manufacturing environment.
  • Documentation: Meticulously prepare and maintain detailed records, including batch records, costings, and formulation data.

Requirements:
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Food Technology, Chemistry, or Engineering. Food Technology Board Passer is a plus.
  • Experienced: Have 1-2 years of proven experience in a product development or R&D role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Hands-on: Comfortable working in a lab and pilot plant environment, with the ability to perform a variety of technical analyses.
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of preparing and maintaining accurate records and monitoring processes with high precision.
  • Collaborative: Willing to work effectively with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
  • Location: Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
