Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships with key executives and managers to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities, and business priorities.
  • Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients on project implementation, including overall rollout plans, timelines, and project assignments.
  • Offer advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation to clients.
  • C coordinate client resources and assign project tasks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve internal and client issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with working experience in VBA and Macro to automate reports.
  • Reporting experience in a BPO company is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
