Contract Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Manager to join our corporate legal team as a full-time independent contractor. This remote position requires working US business hours and supporting our telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process internal contracts through approval workflows, ensuring timely execution and minimizing risks.
  • Review and redline contracts, drafting summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers.
  • Manage contracts within our contract management system, including creating templates, folders, directing files to appropriate locations, creating tags for efficient searching, and performing other typical day-to-day system operations.
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows in ContractBook or similar platforms, defining no-code rules for document routing.

Requirements:

  • Law degree with 3+ years experience working with US law firms.
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems.
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during US business hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in legal operations roles with a focus on contract lifecycle management and automation.
  • Direct experience with the ContractBook contract management system.
  • No-code/low-code automation expertise in other Contract Management Systems.
