Our team is looking for a skilled Project & Operations Manager to oversee the implementation of employee or public transportation solutions. This role will involve managing entire project lifecycles, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build robust processes, and be autonomous and independent. They should also be passionate about customer success, cool-headed under pressure, and able to work odd hours when needed.

Job Description:

  • Lead entire life cycle of system implementation projects in both waterfall and agile methods.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience to clients as the main point of contact and go-to person for our team.
  • Collaborate with the internal multidisciplinary team based globally to oversee and supervise the planning and successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of an entire project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provision development and deployment activities.
  • Ensure quality, maintenance of baseline scope, time, cost, and requirements.
  • Resource management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of SWAT Transportation services, ensuring they run smoothly and meet expectations.
