Enablement Specialist Position

Job Summary

We seek a skilled Enablement Specialist to support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

This role involves creating high-quality enablement materials, assisting with content operations, training, and audits, while gaining hands-on experience in enablement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing, documentation, training, or content creation, as well as a strong understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a clear and organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation.
  • Create intuitive Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control.
  • Develop 'knowledge checks', short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates.
  • Implement a process for quality reviews of new content before publishing.
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows, such as chat bot responses and auto-resolution content.
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation.
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred).
  • Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups.
