Job Description

We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to lead the day-to-day activities of our Shopify website. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless sales and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and possess strong analytical skills. You'll work closely with our offshore development team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement updates. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize product display pages (PDPs) to enhance user experience and drive sales
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotions
  • Monitor site performance and ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free functionality
Requirements
