About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fiscal Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to address their financial needs, providing expert guidance on accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients to address inquiries and concerns related to taxes and financial management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of client accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, providing valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding and meeting financial obligations, including tax and compliance requirements.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including payables, receivables, and petty cash maintenance, to ensure efficient financial processing.
  • Coordinate with banks for daily deposits and banking operations, guaranteeing smooth financial transactions.
  • Calculate taxes owed by applying tax codes and regulations, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Help clients minimize financial liabilities by identifying deductions and credits, optimizing their financial position.
Requirements
  • ACCA/ CA / CPA /CMA qualified or pursuing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable, as well as accounting and financial reporting principles.
