Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

This role involves driving digital growth and expansion for our organization through strategic marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team, who will be responsible for managing paid acquisition channels, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ads content, improving overall ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective digital growth strategies.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze user data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and manage ad content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing ad content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to contribute towards formulating and executing proper digital growth strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing for international platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of ad content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is a plus.
