Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs to meet revenue goals.

As an Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will work closely with creative and operational teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment. You will also serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign & Program Management: Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
  • Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Manage communication and alignment across teams (creative studios and operational partners)
  • Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting
  • Partner with customer service to troubleshoot issues
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics
  • Configure dynamic content and test links, layout, and mobile/web rendering prior to launch
  • Pull campaign reports into Excel/Google Sheets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp
