As an Order Processor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire order lifecycle from entry to delivery. Your tasks will include ensuring accurate order entry, monitoring order fulfillment, and coordinating with internal and external customers on order updates and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate customer orders and process order entry in the system.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and monitor order status.
  • Communicate with customers on order updates, delays, or issues.
  • Manage order modifications, corrections, cancellations, and returns.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, pricing, or delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a supply chain role.
