About the Role

The Order Management Specialist is a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently, verifying order details including pricing, terms, and stock availability.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays, addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to orders and shipments.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, coordinating with the finance team to validate payment terms and credit approvals.
  • Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery, generating reports on order trends, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory shortages, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams or management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for order management.
  • Assess the order management process for inefficiencies and recommend improvements, participating in implementing new tools or systems to enhance order handling.

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless order processing.
