Business Growth Specialist
The role of a Business Development/Sales Representative is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and closing contracts with property owners.
A successful candidate will thrive in a structured sales environment, consistently demonstrating persistence in follow-up and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture property management leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Deliver 10–15 closed deals per month by leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure seamless client handoff post-sale.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress for data analysis and refinement.
Qualifications:
- Native-level English fluency for effective communication with property owners.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills to secure deals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in previous roles.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms (training provided).
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven to drive business growth.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
