A Virtual Property Manager is a crucial role that enables real estate investors and property managers to achieve Time, Financial, and Location freedom through remote property management techniques.
This position is ideal for individuals who can build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
- New Client Onboarding: Implement new properties in client software platforms and provide regular updates to property owners.
- Lease Renewals: Monitor and manage renewals to minimize vacancy and ensure a smooth transition process.
- Maintenance: Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and guarantee successful completion and billing.
- Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging content and posting updates on social media platforms.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
