Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level phone support to a large customer base.


About the Role

This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Information Technology field, specifically in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating problems via phone and involve technical resources to ensure resolution.
  • Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.
  • Identify, investigate, and research user questions and problems, isolating and resolving information systems problems.
  • Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.
  • Receive and prioritize issues, forwarding them using appropriate escalation procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years working experience in a Technical Help Desk Environment providing 1st level phone support.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Strong English (verbal and written) skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and amenable to working graveyard shifts and rotating schedules.
