Product Development Specialist Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both product and packaging development processes, with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects. This person is expected to work closely with the product development, production, purchasing, marketing, and sales teams, as well as vendors, to ensure products and packaging meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

This role involves leading product and packaging development from concept through execution, analyzing product briefs, conducting research to clarify product specifications, and ensuring all samples meet quality and functional standards. You will also be responsible for managing development budgets, negotiating costs with suppliers, and ensuring all expenditures remain within financial targets.
