Mid-Senior Level UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI designer to join our team. As a mid-senior level designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business objectives into design solutions that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Develop user-centered designs that prioritize usability, accessibility, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and content strategists, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Prototype interactive designs that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys.
  • Support product development by working closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.
  • Leverage AI-enhanced workflows to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
