Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the success of accounts and sales reps by handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing system setup and integration, and collaborating with the Director of Sales Ops.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow and sales systems operations.

  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier, build automations and workflows in CRM, and develop reports and dashboards.

  • Take ownership of OnceHub activity, launch new sales engines, and upload trainings in the sales resource center.
