Customer Support Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Lead Verification Support Agent to join our team.

This role involves contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, applying customer happiness practices, and maintaining knowledge of our client's products and services.

Requirements
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand
