Job Title: Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial analyst to join our team. As a financial analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the European finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze business cases submitted by initiative owners.
  • Communicate with initiative owners regarding actuals tracking and KPI/milestones tracking.
  • Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Create reports on variance analysis on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Contribute to the accounting close and reporting process.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting, or similar field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work in the Irish/UK time zone.
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Advanced excel skills.
