Financial Operations Specialist

The finance team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our growing operations. This role provides administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth financial processes and frees up senior management to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day accounting and administrative support to the finance team.
  • Assist with monthly management reports, including analysis and commentary.
  • Support offshore teams with supplier invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and monitor fixed asset registers.
  • Assist with journal entries to ensure financial record accuracy.
  • Prepare and journal weekly payroll.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in solid accounting, including multi-entity accounting.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities.
  • Comfortable operating in a global environment with different currencies and time zones.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); prior global exposure valued.
  • Team management and leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is ideal.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and awareness of current AI/automation trends in finance.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid CPA license is a plus.
