Financial Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial leader to join our team. As a Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving clarity, discipline, and scalable systems on our path to growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a standardized monthly close process to deliver accurate financial statements by the 20th calendar day of the following month.
  • Manage a weekly-updated, 12-month rolling cash forecast to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Plan and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, aligning department budgets with growth targets.
  • Document all core finance workflows and implement streamlined systems for expense approvals, reimbursements, travel booking, and company card usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Proven success in building scalable finance systems and strategic reporting processes.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to inspire and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred) with at least 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
