Job Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

This role requires fluency in both languages, excellent listening and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, and have prior experience in a bilingual customer service role.
