Customer Service Role Overview

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our diverse client base.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via in-bound calls, utilizing best practices to address various cases and projects.
  • Communicate effectively to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve problems, escalating calls as needed.
  • Document all calls appropriately and follow established procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured protocols on the call center floor.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions as required.
  • Perform other general tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, or call center experience, and desktop application skills.
  • Effective communication and literacy skills, with ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately.
  • Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and target language.
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quality customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
