What You Will Do

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
