Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, experience handling cold calling and transaction coordination, and a strong background in real estate support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The first point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email
  • Scheduling meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents, maintaining a well-coordinated calendar
  • Maintaining and updating transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents
  • Ensuring all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and industry regulations
  • Assisting in creating marketing materials to promote listings
  • Managing and updating online property listings and social media channels
  • Supporting coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting US and UK Real Estate Markets
  • 1+ year of Real Estate Cold Calling experience (AU/NZ market preferred)
  • Proficient in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • C1-level English fluency (both written and verbal)
