  • A key aspect of this position is designing and producing clean, professional brochures that include building specifications, property visuals, energy savings summaries, and key technical and geographic information.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential data when available.
Requirements:
  • Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar.
  • Candidates must be proficient in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other brochure/layout tools.
  • A strong online research skillset, including proficiency in using public records, mapping tools, and property databases, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also possess working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents, or be willing to learn.
