We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing transactions, excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, and a strong system for recording transactions.
- You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating the exchange of properties and materials.
- A solid understanding of transaction management software is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files
- Liaise with stakeholders on transaction statuses
- Review documentation for compliance
- Coordinate property exchanges and material distribution
- Develop and maintain a transaction record system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-year experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Transaction Management Software
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)
- Solid organizational skills
