We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team at VISAYA KPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient accounts, resolving account balances, and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient accounts by performing inbound and outbound calling to resolve queries and concerns.
- Utilize medical billing systems and payment portals to resolve account balances and process payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper account handling and resolution.
- Process payments, create and distribute correspondence, and collect upfront deposits or set up payment arrangements.
- Meet or exceed performance objectives including collection and quality assurance goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of college education.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with customers and simplifying complex billing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain HIPAA compliance.
