Sales Growth Strategist

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within an assigned territory or market segment. You shall effectively sell our products to potential clients and provide exceptional support services to achieve sales and collection targets.
The role involves:
- Meeting sales targets through successful negotiation with existing and potential customers in accordance with our Basic Call Procedure within a set territory.
- Ensuring timely collection among all active and inactive accounts in compliance with policies and standards.
- Embodiment of our values and mission, gaining trust and credibility with customers, and fostering a positive brand image, forging lasting partnerships, and ensuring personalized solutions, support, and satisfaction to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Effective and efficient management of coverage planning, organizing documents, prospecting new customers, merchandising and promotions, and maximizing utilization of your tools to maximize productivity and achieve exceptional results.
- Care and accountability for company property and tools of trade.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- College graduate preferably degree course in Business (Management, Economics, Marketing) or Engineering.
- At least two years' sales experience.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate product benefits, clearly present ideas both verbally and in written formats, build rapport with customers, and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills anchored on winning customers through benefit selling.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills through strategic and proactive methods resulting in increased business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Account development, building and maintaining goodwill across all customers of the assigned territory.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance field and non-field activities to increase productivity.
- Collaboration, sharing, and application of best practices to deliver good results for our company and its customers.
