We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Strategist to join our team at Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets in the power grid industry. This includes building partnerships with key customers, local developers, and EPCs to promote cooperation between these parties and Huawei's power grids.
To achieve this goal, you will work closely with partners to set sales targets based on market insights and distribution product strategies, and then use management tools to achieve these goals. Additionally, you will plan and build channel partners in the region, promote market development, and develop lower-level resellers (including EPCs and installers).
You will also be responsible for developing sales activities and policies for partners in the region, including channel policies, channel operation, enablement, and channel marketing activities. Furthermore, you will expand client's sales through partners and increase client's market share by motivating and training partners.
Finally, you will coordinate with the sales, product, service, and commercial departments to jointly promote the construction of the channel ecosystem in the region, improve service quality, and enhance brand reputation.
